Welcome to the SPE Fall 2021 Energy Professionals Hiring Event!

This industry recognized event provides your company an excellent platform to meet and engage with a diverse and experienced assembly of energy professionals, discuss career opportunites, and network. 

Hundreds of highly qualified and experienced professionals in the energy industry, who are members of professional organizations, attend our in-person and virtual event. 

This hybrid event will be sure to provide opportunities for your regional, national, and international talent organazations. The in-person event will be on October 12, 2021 at the Steve Radack Commnity Center, with the virtual component hosted by Texas Workfoirce Solutions.  (Details to follow)

Participating companies will have a physical boooth at the event and a virtual booth.  Also early access to resumes submitted by registered, experienced professionals. The virtual booth features company logos, banners, job postings, chat rooms, links, videos, and much more.

Finally, please note that SPE-GCS refund policy allows 100% refund if you need to cancel your registration at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Hybrid Event Registration

In-Person Event Registration 

The Fee Schedule is adjusted to the size of the organiztion.

  • Less Than 50 Employees:          $100 USD
  • From 50 to 2500 Employees:     $500 USD
  • More than 2500 Employees:     $1000 USD

The fees are used to pay for the event’s expenses and the remaining funds  will be used to support the SPE Scholarship Fund.

Communications and instructions for booth set-up and other logistics as the event nears.

Virtual Event Registration 

Registration for the In-Person event will include registration for the virtual event platform hosted by Texas Workforce Solutions.  Communications and instructions will be provided prior to the virtual event, with logon details being provided just befotre the virtual event.

If you are unable to participate in the In-Person event, you are still able to register for the virtual event.  The virtual event may be a good choice if you do not have a talent representative available to staff an in-person booth, or are not able to travel from outside the Houston area.

Because the virtual portion of the SPE Energy Professionals Hiring Event is in partnership with Texas Workforce Solutions, company registration fees are waived for the virtual platform event.

Booth Space Allocation

Companies with direct-hire, full-time job openings will receive first priority for booth allocation.  If your company would like to participate in the event but does not have any full-time open positions, or you are a staffing agency, a placement firm for contractors, or recruiter, please email us to confirm space availability or any further questions. 

Support SPE-GCS Scholarship Endowment Fund

SPE-GCS encourages your support of the SPE-GCS Scholarship Endowment Fund. Supporting SPE-GCS raises scholarship money for our future local engineers.  SPE-GCS has been providing college scholarships for students interested in math, science, and engineering degrees since 1963. Our program has sponsored over 800 students in the 56 years that we have been awarding scholarships and we have given out over $5 million in scholarships.
