Brian T. Bradshaw, PE is the Business Development Manager for EP Energy. He has more than 10 years in industry, working with El Paso and EP Energy in business development, strategy, and various engineering and operations roles. He has a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University.

Mark Castiglione is a Partner at Meridian Energy and serves on the board of directors of Chaparral Energy.  Castiglione is the former Chief Executive Officer of Alta Mesa Resources.  Prior to Alta Mesa, he served at Quantum Resources Management, El Paso Corporation, Encana Corporation, and Burlington Resources in various corporate development, finance, and engineering positions. He received his Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

David Rottino is President and Chief Executive Officer of Riviera Resources. Prior to Riviera’s spin-off from LINN Energy he served as LINN’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the board of directors. Rottino has over 20 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Prior to joining LINN in June 2008, he served at El Paso Energy, ConocoPhillips and Burlington Resources in various finance, accounting, and strategic planning roles. Rottino earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Texas Tech University and a MBA from Texas Christian University.

Lowrey is a senior member of Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group with experience advising public and private companies and creditor groups in financial restructuring, M&A, and financing transactions. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he was in the investment banking group of BMO Capital Markets. Lowrey holds a B.S. from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

John Castellano specializes in guiding companies through complex reorganizations with his leadership skills and hands-on approach in working collaboratively with clients. He specializes in implementing business turnarounds and in providing interim management services as a chief restructuring officer (CRO) and chief financial officer (CFO), as well as interim chief executive officer (CEO). John quickly can assess and prioritize what issues are critical and helps lead management teams through extensive changes in processes and methodologies.  He has extensive experience in the energy, oil & gas, and infrastructure industries, with areas of expertise in business plan development, contingency planning, and creditor negotiations. John quickly earns the confidence of management teams and board of directors, as well as key constituents involved in his engagements. John routinely serves as CRO or financial advisors to numerous companies in the oil and gas space, and is currently Chief Transformation Officer for McDermott International, LTD.
