Madalina holds an MSc in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Toulouse, France. She has worked in the oil and gas industry for 24 years. She started in the industry with Schlumberger Dowell as a cementing field engineer, and subsequently moved into sand control pumping and tools, focusing on pumping treatment design and evaluation, completion design, tubing movement and operations support. She has worked in the Netherlands, Azerbaijan and the United States, supporting projects from the Gulf of Mexico to India, UK, Congo, Brazil, Israel, China and Russia. Madalina joined Chevron in 2012 as a Sandface Completions Engineer and has worked on sand control completions in West Africa, Indonesia, and the Gulf of Mexico.
