Dr. Amanda Rico specializes in resume building, editing, and career solutions for senior and executive-level professionals. Through her business, Rico Editorial Services, Dr. Rico has generated materials and built profiles for TEDx speakers, healthcare executives, entrepreneurs, and oil & gas professionals. She is a Oil & Gas career columnist for the Houston Business Journal and has worked alongside public officials, career diplomats, and corporate executives such as Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner, Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison, Jeff Immelt, Jeff Shellebarger, and Jeff Miller. A member of Career Directors, International – a first-tier, internationally-recognized resume certification organization – Dr. Rico is currently completing her Certified Advanced Resume Writer credential. Amanda earned her Ph.D. in English at Texas A&M University, and her M.A. and B.A. in English from the University of Oklahoma.

Katherine Cao is a Project Manager at Cognite where she leads the digital transformation of heavy asset industries. With over 4 years of upstream oil and gas engineering background, she leverages her in-field experience from operations and strong acumen from business development to bridge the gap between the field and office and drive digital initiatives for clients.

Prior to Cognite, she worked as a new ventures Drilling Engineer for CNOOC International and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico as a MLWD Engineer for Schlumberger. 

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2016 and is an active member of SPE, AADE, and SWE. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and reading.

Jared Clark is a Environmental Engineer at Jacobs Engineering, where Jared manages and performs environmental projects for the DoD, related to remediation, sampling, and design. Jared has performed a variety projects, including injections, BMP inspections, and contract oversight. Jared primarily oversees environmental field teams performing various remediations work at Dod sites. Jared also enjoys golfing and going on runs with his dog Darcy.

Pritesh is a Data Scientist working as an Experienced D&A Associate with PricewaterhouseCooper in Houston. He focuses on implementing ML/AI modelling, primarily for the energy industry. He completed his MS in Petroleum Engineering and in Data Science & Analytics from the University of Oklahoma, graduating in 2018. His research focussed on mapping Hydraulic Fracture using Shear Wave in unconventional rocks. He has previously worked as Wireline Logging Field Engineer for 5 years in India and in Kuwait. He enjoys cooking and is passionate about photography.

Karan Titus is a Reservoir Engineering Consultant at the Geothermal Institute, New Zealand. Karan attained a Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Energy with First Class Honours at the University of Auckland. Karan currently works on practical applications of geothermal modeling and co-supervises Masters of Energy students. Karan also volunteers with various non-profit organizations like UN-Youth and Amnesty International in his free time.
