Many of his engagements involve essential team and individual communications skills and methods required for leaps in team performance, especially in settings involving cross-generational challenges. Over the past ten years, much of his work has focused on the junior and senior executive level success profile supporting large, complex transformations, particularly in the areas of healthcare, government services, customer support, and university leadership. In addition, he has designed and implemented unique methods for identifying best-fit physicians for leadership roles in cancer centers and medical schools. His work is strongly based on Learning Organization concepts, specifically on executive reflection, mindfulness, and accelerated development.
