Speaker #1 Bio: Jim Ross is a 40-year veteran of the Oil and Gas industry.  Currently Jim is a Consulting Advisor.  Jim has extensive leadership and technical experience in all phases of production operations for both greenfield developments and brownfield operations.  His experiences have taken him to a variety of locations including California, Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, South East Asia and Western Australia.  Jim has extensive experience and a proven track record for developing leaders at all levels, technical SME's, as well as coaching and mentoring of individuals in all walks of life.  Jim is passionate about connecting people, processes, and ideas to improve growth and results.
