May 21, 2003

Description

For the May Program, the panelists will discuss how their companies add value through acquisitions. What are their plans for the remainder of 2003? How do they handle Wall Street demands for production growth? What process do they use to determine non-strategic assets? How have the liquidity concerns of the last twelve months affected their business plan? What are their plans for drilling, acquiring and selling of assets? Are they looking to make another big move? Our panelists will address these topics and field questions from the audience during the Q&A session.

Please register early. We expect a large audience for this panel. Walk-ins may be limited. No shows will be billed. No reservations can be accepted after the pre-registration deadline.

This will be the last meeting of the SPE Business Development Study Group until September. The Group meets on the third Wednesday during the months of September, November, January, March, and May.

Event takes place in Ballroom B, 3rd Floor.
