Description

We have changed venues. SPE Business Development Study Group events will now be held at the Petroleum Club of Houston.

The Permian Basin produces more than 4 million barrels of oil and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day, making it one of the largest oil and gas provinces in the world today. The Permian has been instrumental in America’s transition to a net hydrocarbon exporter, disrupting global oil and gas markets.

Although the Basin has a long history of oil and gas production, the pace and scale associated with recent growth has posed many technical, logistical, and safety challenges. Ameredev operates the largest privately held contiguous land position in the northern Delaware Basin. Ameredev’s President and CEO, Parker Reese, will discuss how he and his company have managed to navigate these challenges while successfully growing production.
