Water Infrastructure: Finding Opportunities and Overcoming Obstacles

Darrell Bull, Chief Commercial Officer of H2O Midstream, is an executive with more than 30 years of engineering, operations and business development experience in the midstream space. Prior to the past 4 years with H2O Midstream, he served as the Vice President of Business Development at Crestwood Midstream LP, where he was a leader in gathering and processing for the Delaware, Marcellus/Utica and Niobrara Basins. Prior to Crestwood, Bull spent 16 years at The Williams Companies in various roles.

John Argo has over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Continental in 2014, he worked for HighMount Exploration and Production in roles ranging from General Manager of Reservoir to Senior Drilling/Completions Engineer. Previously, Argo worked for Dominion Exploration & Production and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering & a Master of Business Administration in Energy from the University of Oklahoma.
