Host: EnergyNet

We will be hosting panel discussion featuring senior speakers from Kayne Anderson, Netherland Sewell and Associates, and Wells Fargo on the evolving use of reserve based lending facilities alongside other financing avenues like private equity to acquire assets.

With the ever-changing environment within the industry over the past five years, these three individuals will discuss a range of issues including:

  • The challenges of government regulations pertaining to reserve based lending
  • The trend of private equity companies changing their models from “buy and flip” to asset development.
  • How different financing methods can be used in conjunction to get deals done

We will kick off with our popular 5-6 PM networking happy hour followed by the 6-7 PM presentation and Q&A. Both will be on the third floor mezzanine.
