Anthony is an ex-professional athlete turned entrepreneurial academic.  He's won several awards through the Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants (HAAPC).  His first book was published in 2016 and he's contributed as an author and speaker for numerous industry events since 2012. 

Anthony obtained his B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Houston in 2007, his MBA from Houston Baptist University in 2011, and he is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Columbia Southern University with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior.  His education and experience have given him an excellent understanding of human behavior and the impact human capital can have on an organization.  He uses this understanding to focus on the people (their hopes, their dreams, their inspiration) behind the goals they are trying to accomplish.
