Corporate Leadership to Private Equity-Backed – Perspectives from Both Sides

Jason joined Intervale in 2013 after spending the preceding 10 years at Falconhead Capital, a New York based middle market private equity fund. At Falconhead, Jason focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to Falconhead, Jason worked at UBS Investment Bank where he advised on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions. Jason received his B.A. in Economics, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason Churchill leads a team with more than 15 years industry experience in the exploration, development and optimization of oil & gas properties.  Prior to his current role, he served as VP-Operations for Venado Oil & Gas where he had responsibilities in planning and development of a 40,000 acre project in the East Eagle Ford.  Prior to that, he served as Operations Manager for XTO Energy where he carried multiple responsibilities in the Barnett Shale development program.  He began his career as a Drilling Engineer with ExxonMobil  where he oversaw projects in the US Development and Deepwater Exploration Teams. Mr. Churchill graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.  He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas, and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Adam Anderson is Innovex’s Chief Executive Office and has more than 20 years of oilfield service experience managing completion related operations globally. Prior to joining Team, Adam held numerous senior management roles at Baker Hughes. These roles included President of Latin America, VP of the Western US, VP of US Land Completion Tools, and Completion Tool Manager in Saudi Arabia. Early in his career, Adam had a number of global technical roles largely focused on technical support and operations for the Intelligent Completion product line. Adam earned an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines..
