Description

RISK ANALYSIS FOR DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS The course extends Rose & Assoc. suite of E&P Risk Analysis courses to the development realm. Both the concepts and their appropriate application illustrate how opportunity characterization impacts the economics and optimization of field development projects and production management. In other words, this course will help increase the probablility of achieving your ''stretch'' production targets. This course targets engineers, development geoscientists and operations personnel directly involved in field development and production management. Realistic games and exercises illustrate better estimating methods and the appropriate analytical procedures to properly apply them directly to development problems. The organization of the course follows the characteristic chain of considerations that attends most projects, including project ranking for portfolio management. RAD identifies fallacies and unintended consequences of many corporate procedures
