Join us at the Four Seasons Hotel for an in depth review of US A&D markets. The dynamics of the A&D markets are shifting. On the panel will be two seasoned A&D advisors including PLS Inc’s Brian Lidsky and Triple Double Advisor’s founder Art Smith.

Mr. Lidsky will provide observations on current market trends including valuations, deal types and structures, and the depth of the inventory of deals for sale.  Additional analysis will focus on the makeup of buyers and sellers, the shifting nature of deals, and how the markets help investors understand the value of the core in established unconventional plays.  You will learn what plays are in favor and conversely, out of favor.

Mr. Smith will provide expert analysis regarding the industry’s capital flows, corporate activity, and consolidation trends.  Incorporating a longer term perspective, Art will also focus on macro energy themes and how these drivers affect the corporate A&D activity of the industry’s sub-sectors. You will learn today’s oil and gas fundamentals and gain perspective on the risks/rewards associated with the forward price curves. As an added benefit, you will be entertained by Art’s humor and dynamic speaking.

Please join us for this informative discussion. The popular format of a Business & Social Networking hour, with complimentary Hors’ D’ Oeuvres and a cash bar, followed by an hour and a half long program including a Q&A session, will begin at 5:00 pm in the Mezzanine.
