Registration Cancellation Policy



  • Cancellation requests must be sent to the event organizer at least 48 hours prior to the event. Please include proof of registration at the time of request.
  • Event organizer contact details provided in the event page
  • Cancellation requests received via email will be processed within 14 business days.


Study Group and Committee Event Organizers

  • Please contact your group treasurer to submit a cancellation refund through Nexonia

  • Once approved, the registrant will receive their refund to their card in 3-5 business days

Cancellations by SPE-GCS

SPE-GCS reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule an event without prior notice.  SPE-GCS will endeavor to make session cancellation decisions prior to the event date.  SPE-GCS is not responsible for any penalties incurred for cancellation or change of event logistics.
