Managed projects that include new builds, modifications, upgrades and repair of drilling rigs and rig surveys with respect to engineering, scope of work, budget, schedule, quality, safety and contract administration through all the project phases and in accordance with company policies, standards and project objectives for Diamond's fleet of offshore drilling units (Jack-Up, Semisubmersibles and Drill Ships). Worked in US, Gulf of Mexico, Mexico, Trinidad, Africa and Europe.

  • Prepared and managed project budgets AFE’s (Capex, Majex, and Inspection) exceeding $40MM and 6 months duration for major customer PEMEX which represented a strong market for Diamond’s fleet in the GoM (Mexico waters).
  • Designed, planned, coordinated and managed construction modifications and upgrades projects of Mobil Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs), Marine, Drilling, Subsea, Mechanical and Power Systems including on-site management of 150+ contract laborers fostering Diamond’s safety culture to job site activities.
  • Performed project engineering management assignments during the planning, execution, monitor and controlling, and closing for major drill ships contracts of customer Hess (Stampede Mega-project) which was successfully completed on time and under budget.
