27 years with Baker Hughes pressure pumping. Career has included the pre-merger organizations of BJ Services Company and The Western Company. Most recent position as global Sr. Director of the Production Enhancement product service line with executive technical leadership over the product lines of hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, and sand control pumping businesses worldwide. Direct responsibility for global technology delivery of the Production Enhancement product line of stimulation services accounting for $5 billion in annual revenues and equaling 20% of Baker Hughes overall business. Co-authored the book Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources Exploitation and Development, a comprehensive industry standard reference for unconventional reservoir completions. Published in 2016 by CRC Press.

Awards and Certifications

Acknowledged by the industry for achieving two Hart’s E&P Special Meritorious Awards for Engineering Innovation. The first for Relative Permeability Modifiers that restrict water production, and second for BrineCare Fracturing Fluid Systems enabling the use of produced water sources.
Inventor of numerous industry methodologies, products and technologies resulting in over 40 patents being awarded and pending.
