Resume - Sadiq Odubayo

Houston TX

Pinnacle ART, TX Aug 2015 – June 2016
Asset Integrity Engineer (Client - BP Whiting Refinery, USA)
 Instigated Asset Optimization studies, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Mechanical Integrity program via analysis of equipment and piping historical data while identifying corrosion damage mechanisms for fixed equipment and plant piping.
 Scope of fixed equipment including heat exchangers, drums, Towers, and Furnace. First project highlighted an area of concern unknown to the client that could have resulted in a severe loss of containment with immense financial impact further highlighting the value of an effective RBI program to the client.

Texas A&M Petroleum Engineering Aug 2015 – Dec 2015
Petroleum Economics and Reserves Project, College Station
 Built DCF models and determined PV10 for single and multiple wells using forecasted oil and gas production via Decline Curve Analysis. With this information, I then made recommendations on which assets should be developed given a positive PV10.
BP AMERICA, Houston Texas Mar 2014 – Aug 2014
Atlantis Drilling Engineering Intern, Gulf of Mexico
 Steered and controlled an Offset study on wellbore stability for an entire oil field. Various field data were
analyzed which highlighted trends, problematic drilling areas, and wellbore stability issues associated with the
field. Proposed recommendations to engineering and geo-mechanics senior leadership team to incorporate study
results into pre-drill pressure models during the design and planning phase.
SCHLUMBERGER, Commerce City, CO Nov 2011 – Apr 2013
MWD Field Engineer, Bakken (OXY)
 Spearheaded multiple data & equipment management processes on an active rig site without associated tool failures, as tool failures mean downtime with associated costs. Trained and mentored field engineers.
 Managed team onsite HSE initiatives and ensured new field engineers were well trained on schlumberger HSE standards.
GENENTECH, INC, California Aug 2009 – Nov 2011
Reliability & Facilities Engineer
 Established a repetitive maintenance optimization process for over 4000 pieces of manufacturing equipment to help identify sub-optimal maintenance tasks/activities.
 Expertly executed gap analysis on optimization processes and rectified process gaps using a 12,000L process tank in a pilot optimization process and process rolled out as site equipment review process.
 Executed capital Projects for buildings, equipment and HVAC systems while delivering energy and sustainability savings in excess of $100,000.
