Ø  Delivered new Hydrate Deflector (HD) for Subsea BB-II wellhead 5 days ahead of the 30-day delivery time, getting recognized by bringing significant cost savings in rig time.

Ø  Delivered a successful upper completion and XT installation as a night subsea wells supervisor 20+ days ahead of the schedule, saving approximately $20 millions in rig time.

Ø  Delivered seven deep-water wells while rotating in the Gulf of Mexico with minimal NPT by devolping procedures and supervising deck and subsea testing, resulting in the recognition of the team as the best rig of the Gulf for 3 quarters.

Ø  Managed last minute changes by delivering new space pup joints within a week, saving approximately $500,000 of rig time during Lock Down Sleeve installation getting recognized for excellence and team work.

Subsea Wells Delivery Engineer                     10/2015 to 06/2016

BP - Houston, Texas 

 
  • Managed and delivered system integration test of new nitrogen access equipment on the Light Duty Intervention System Package (LDIS) saving significant rig time when the intervention project was executed.

  • Managed full maintenance of LDIS, bringing significant cost savings during subsequent intervention projects.

  • Analyzed and evaluated design drawings, P&ID development, bill of materials, and safety regulations.

  • Developed and maintained successful relationships with service providers, Third party vendors and contractors.

  • Delivered and installed two HD, ensuring long life of subsea trees and preventing early maintenance of the tree connectors.

  • Managed and delivered subsea and completion/intervention tools and equipment that needed to be re-designed.

Subsea Wells Lead Engineer                          01/2015 to 10/2015

  • Managed the preparation of equipment, procedure development, personnel, budget, and schedules for completion/ intervention and subsea wells offshore operations.

  • Managed execution of subsea installations and completion/ intervention programs. Maintained open and effective communications with project teams to increase productivity.

  • Managed and delivered three successful tubing head spool installations without any non-productive time (NPT). Planned, scheduled and coordinated detailed phases of the project to ensured successful delivery.

  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of after-action reports, RCAs, Risk assessments, and HAZIDs/HAZOPs.

  • Developed assembly structures and stack ups using AutoCAD for completion/ intervention programs.

Subsea Wells Field Engineer                         08/2013 to 01/2015

  • Supervised the installation and testing of subsea wells equipment, wireline operations and upper completions while rotating in GOM and delivered them successfully.

  • Managed the deployment of the Completion Work-Over package (CWOR) as a Riser Operability Engineer in GOM.

  • Developed a technical spreadsheet to keep track of all the tooling and equipment deployed as well as weights, fluid density, and tension calculations.

  • Supervised deck testing of subsea wells equipment prior to deployment such as IWOCs, Trees, Tubing hungers, LDIS, IRS and CWOR.

  • Maintain excellent communications and relationships with rig crew, third party contractors, and upper level management.

Subsea Installations Intern                           05/2012 to 08/2012

  • Demonstrated good team work by working on the subsea testing of subsea jumpers and Pipe Line End Termination (PLET) equipment at the Atlantis field.

  • Demonstrated quick learning abilities by creating a complete inventory of all subsea equipment and tooling within the first month of the internship; this helped the team to identified all the available equipment and its condition saving valuable time and money when making quick decisions.

  • Delivered a lift test and external seal test of subsea jumpers performed at T-Rex Houston, Texas that resulted in a successful subsea installation.
