This 4-part series wil l occur as weekly events in March covering project management roles from t he perspective of an Operator, Fabricator, EPC and Consultancy. The goal o f the series is to transfer knowledge related to how organizations can col laborate to improve efficiency at relatively lower oil prices than we have become accustomed to. What do we do now and what can we do going forward to improve project execution to meet the new budgetary goals in a low oil price environment?\r\n \r\nPart III on Wednesday March 23rd will be presen ted by the EPC, Technip and discuss recent bidding trends for the Gulf of Mexico. Sub $40/bbl oil prices are forcing oil companies to revisit histor ical execution models, be it company work processes, standardization, proj ect cycle time, contracting strategy operational philosophy or execution m ethodology. Recent trends for project execution will be compared to histo rical executions and the associated opportunities for overall project savi ngs will be discussed.\r\nEach event is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm with 30-minutes of networking followed by a 1-hour presentation and a 30-minute Q&\;A session.
