Full Description

Please join us at 5PM at the Four Seasons Hotel in Houston as Chris Heinson, Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation Senior Vice President and COO, presents Sanchez’s experiences adapting manufacturing processes and controls to improve operational efficiency and reduce procurement costs.

Sanchez has a strong asset base with over 200,000 net acres throughout the Eagleford and about 3,000 drilling locations. Sanchez Oil and Gas’s proprietary planning tools and procurement strategies have allowed the company to become a manufacturing focused organization. The combination of optimized drilling and completions practices along with utilization of direct sourcing and vertical integration has resulted in total well costs decreasing in the Eagle Ford from over $10 million USD to below $3 million for a 6,500’ Eagle Ford lateral with 25 stages.

Please join us as Chris Heinson provides an update on how Sanchez’s focus on processes and systems throughout the well development lifecycle have reduced and driven sustainability in their cost structure.
