“Trials and failure precede lasting success” Drawing on his many years’ experience, Mr. Hall will discuss his perspectives on innovation. Novatek is a "modern Edison lab" that has fine-tuned the intellectual property process. Everything is done in-house, including the brainstorming, legal legwork, and actual machining of prototypes. His interests include: R&D management, strategic partnerships, long term planning, high pressure and high temperature materials and equipment. His talk will be followed by a dynamic question and answer session.
