Jeff Soine serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Renaissance Offshore, LLC. Mr. Soine served as Executive Vice President of the International Oil & Gas Business Unit at Woodside Petroleum Ltd. from April 19, 2010 to September 30, 2011. Mr. Soine served as President of Woodside Energy (USA) Inc., a subsidiary of Woodside Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Soine also served as Chief Operating Officer of Woodside Energy (USA) Inc. Mr. Soine joined Woodside in 2005 as Acquisitions Manager with responsibility for all sale evaluations and negotiations. He served as Vice President of mergers and acquisitions with Woodside's patent company Woodside Energy, with responsibility for worldwide M&A activity, served as Chief Operating Officer of Woodside Energy USA since December 2007. He served as an Acquisitions Manager of W&T Offshore Inc. since 2000. Mr. Soine joined W&T Offshore Inc. as a Senior Engineer in 1999. Prior to joining W&T Offshore Inc., he served as a Reservoir and Subsurface Engineer with Exxon and served as a Reservoir Engineer and Area Team Leader with Shell. Mr. Soine received a B.S. in Engineering Science from Pacific Lutheran University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in 1989, as part of a 3-2 engineering program.
