David has extensive experience representing clients in complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.  David also handles white-collar criminal defense matters and internal corporate investigations.  He has advised clients on foreign corruption, anti-money laundering, and sanctions compliance safeguards.  Previously, David worked as a law clerk for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States.
