Biography

Henry May is currently an Associate in the Natural Resources Group at Barclays Capital, in Houston, where he focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raises for clients in the oil and gas industry. Mr. May is an SPE member and previously worked in the product development group at ReedHycalog where he focused on the development of fixed cutter drill bits for directional drilling applications. Mr. May has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
