Badge Pickup: All attendees registering in advance will be able to pick up badges on site during normal registration hours at the Registration Counter. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver’s license) in order to pick up your conference badge.
Registration fee includes admittance to the techical sessions, exhibition, networking reception, coffee breaks, roundtables, keynote luncheon and choice of one Emerging Trends luncheon.
Substitution Policy
If you have registered but are unable to attend the 2008 Digital Energy Conference & Exhibition, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to the Registration Department at:

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and received on or before May 14, 2008. Please send written notifications to the Registration Department via email at SPEGCS@meetingexpectations.com or via fax at:

The cancellation fee schedule applies as follows:
• On or before April 18, 2008 a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
• On or before May 14, 2008 a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• After May 14, 2008, no refunds will be permitted.
